Shenzhen est une merveille moderne qui a subi une transformation \u00e9pique au cours des quatre derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. Situ\u00e9e sur la rive orientale de l'estuaire de la rivi\u00e8re des Perles, bord\u00e9e par la baie de Daya \u00e0 l'est, l'estuaire de la rivi\u00e8re des Perles \u00e0 l'ouest et Hong Kong au sud, elle est devenue le centre d'innovation le plus dynamique de Chine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'histoire de Shenzhen remonte \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge n\u00e9olithique. L'ancienne ville de Nantou, avec pr\u00e8s de 1 700 ans d'histoire, est connue comme la \"racine de l'histoire et de la culture de Shenzhen et de Hong Kong\", t\u00e9moignant des changements et de l'\u00e9volution de cette terre. La forteresse de Dapeng, un bastion de d\u00e9fense c\u00f4ti\u00e8re datant de la dynastie Ming, a valu \u00e0 Shenzhen le surnom de \"Pengcheng\". En 1979, c'\u00e9tait encore une petite ville frontali\u00e8re de moins de 30 000 habitants. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme zone \u00e9conomique sp\u00e9ciale en 1980, Shenzhen s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 une vitesse vertigineuse, se transformant progressivement en un centre d'innovation technologique.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ville allie harmonieusement histoire et modernit\u00e9. L'ancienne ville de Nantou et la forteresse de Dapeng racontent des histoires du pass\u00e9, tandis que des attractions modernes comme Window of the World et Happy Valley t\u00e9moignent de sa vitalit\u00e9 urbaine. Les amoureux de la nature peuvent escalader la montagne Wutong, le plus haut sommet de Shenzhen, ou observer les oiseaux migrateurs dans la r\u00e9serve naturelle de mangroves de la baie de Shenzhen. Le littoral de 260 kilom\u00e8tres abrite de magnifiques plages telles que Dameisha et Jiaochangwei, qui ajoutent le charme des loisirs \u00e0 la vie urbaine. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s locales comme les hu\u00eetres de Shajing, le pigeon r\u00f4ti de Guangming et l'ormeau de Nan'ao sont inoubliables. Les en-cas traditionnels tels que les rouleaux de nouilles de riz et les bowl cakes perp\u00e9tuent l'essence de la cuisine cantonaise.
